A new UN Climate Change Learning Partnership course “Climate Change, Peace and Security: Understanding Climate-Related Security Risks Through an Integrated Lens” seeks to inform interested parties about the implications of climate change for peace and security. Policymakers, practitioners and researchers can join this course. Participants will learn how to identify climate-related security risks, conduct climate-conflict analysis and design interventions to combat negative effects arising from the problem. The course is composed of 3 modules which reach a total of 4.5 hours of teaching, the first module is now online on their website.
