Ms. Emma Hakala

Emma Hakala is a doctoral researcher in political history at the Aleksanteri Institute of the University of Helsinki. Her dissertation examines the securitization of environment and the role of international organizations in the post-conflict Western Balkans. Her other research interests include climate security, international environmental cooperation and sustainable development.
