About Amanda Kron (UNEP)
Amanda Kron works at the Crisis Management Branch of UN Environment Programme since 2015, and serves as Project Coordinator for Climate Change and Security. She holds an LL.M from Uppsala University (Sweden) with a specialization in international law. Prior to joining UN Environment Programme, Amanda served as research assistant at the International Law Commission, where she focused on protection of the environment in relation to armed conflicts. In her personal capacity, Amanda serves as member of the International Law Association Committee on the Role of International Law in Sustainable Natural Resource Management for Development.
