Carola Van Rijnsoever

Carola van Rijnsoever is the Director of the Inclusive Green Growth department at the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Between 2013 and 2017 she was the Representative of the Netherlands to the Political and Security Committee of the EU. She is also the current Dutch Arctic Ambassador.
