Dr. Susanne Schmeier (IHE)

Dr. Susanne Schmeier worked at the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ). Susanne does research in environmental and water resources management, environmental and water law as well as water security. She has a background in international law and international relations and has published extensively on topics relating to transboundary watercourses, river basin organizations and water and conflict.
