Lara Nassar

Lara is a Senior Research Fellow from the WANA Institute, she has experience in working with international organisations and NGOs. Lara holds an MSc in Environmental Management of Urban Land and Water from the University of Sheffield in the UK and has an environmental BSc background from the American University of Beirut, Lebanon. She has previously worked with the International Union for Conservation of Nature – Regional Office for West Asia, UNDP and GEF. Lara joined the WANA institute from IUCN having previously worked on climate change resilience and adaptation, land degradation and desertification and extensive success story and process documentation.
