Nisha Pandey

Nisha Pandey is a Researcher in climate change, peacebuilding and governance based out of Nepal. Currently, she is the Principal Consultant at Shodh Nepal, where she manages overall programming in peace and security, climate change, natural resources, conflict transformation and governance. 
In over 12 years of experience in the peacebuilding and human rights area of work, Nisha has been involved in developing and managing large scale projects and research  for fragile and conflict affected contexts and is currently involved in a research exploring links between climate change and fragility.
