Ruben Vermeer (NWP)

Ruben Vermeer is Program Coordinator at the Netherlands Water Partnership (NWP) in The Hague. He directs the activities of the partnership on the Water & Crisis file. Ruben aims to initiate and facilitate integral, innovative and sustainable (Dutch) cooperation to prevent that water and climate change contribute to conflict or instability. His target areas include the MENA-region and the Balkans. He has a background in European Studies at The Hague University, with a focus on the Middle East.
